Detroit Youth
Summit Council

The Detroit Youth Summit Council is a cohort of 9 changemakers from around the city of Detroit that have a passion for using their voices to amplify and advocate for change. Members of the DYSC contribute to planning our annual Summit, and work to implement relevant ideas after it ends.

• We collaborate with youth across the 7 districts of Detroit.

• We research on the issues that impact our communities

• We advocate for and amplify the resounding youth voice of Detroit 

• We create relationships within our communities that transcend defined borders.
