L!FE Leaders is a national accelerator program for youth and young adults.
Just like a startup accelerator, but for emerging Leaders. We guide students to create their vision for the future and provide the tools, access and support to manifest it.

How:
Our curriculum is based in a Self-Leadership, Experienced Learning based model and workforce development that uses the community as its classroom, as it fuels the students’ and the cities’ future.
We work to develop interpersonal and professional skills as we network young adults directly into Detroit's growth through community and career opportunities.
The demographic we serve predominantly come from urban communities. We do not want our student leaders to have to choose between a minimum wage job and investing in their own futures. Therefore, our students are paid an hourly market rate for their participation in L!FE Leaders.
When and Where:
Our Hybrid Program includes virtual classes and in-person field trips to different places through out Metro Detroit.
Our Winter Semester: January 19th through May 14th
Virtual Classes
Wednesday Evenings from 7pm -8pm
Saturday Mornings from 10am -1pm
Winter and Spring break (Follows the DPSCD Schedule)
You will be paid $10 per hour for this work!
