Lauren Mondry Blanck


Lauren works for Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s political fundraising office, Duggan for Detroit.
Prior to moving back to Detroit, Lauren worked for President Obama’s 2012 Reelection campaign on the National Advance Team. Lauren traveled the country in advance of the President and First Lady Michelle Obama coordinating national campaign events.
Lauren worked for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel as the Deputy Director of Advance, serving as an aide to the Mayor and overseeing press events. In 2016 Lauren moved back to Detroit to work for Mayor Mike Duggan’s communications team.
Lauren graduated from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
Lauren currently serves on the Detroit Jewish Federation’s NextGen board.
